Our afterschool programs are proving to be popular! Our stitchery class has been extended a few more weeks to finish up the projects that the girls have been working on. Our Monday soccer has sadly come to an end; it has been a great energy burner for the children! This Thursday is the volcano erupting afternoon for the k-2 nd graders!  Also there is going to be a flyer sent home for a fun sand art program – so keep an eye out! If you have a program that you would like to do please print out and fill out the volunteer form and return it to the school.

Ongoing is the partnership with Students For a Greener Future with the weekly removal of the paper to the recycling station. 

We have also had a great response to the parenting workshop that is going to be held on March 31 st and April 7 th , we hope to see you there!

The Day at the Beach activity that was in the beginning stages of planning has been cancelled. It will be one of the ideas that we will revisit for a winter activity next year. We are putting our efforts into the event we are now calling “What's Your Business?”  (It was formerly known as Taste of Fitzwilliam). The event has been scheduled for June 1st. We are still in the beginning of planning stages, but we hope to have a great turnout.  Spaces can be rented by local businesses, artisans, and community members and will provide them with the opportunity to showcase their business and what they have to offer. In the coming days information will be made available and look for the link to print out a signup/space rental form.
